İlçede aralıklarla devam eden yağış nedeniyle vatandaşlar zor anlar yaşarken, cadde ve sokaklarda yer yer su birikintileri oluştu. Yağışa hazırlıksız yakalanan bazı vatandaşlar şemsiyeleriyle korunmaya çalışırken, sürücüler ise ıslak zemin nedeniyle daha dikkatli ilerledi.
Yağmurun özellikle yaya ulaşımını zorlaştırdığı ilçede vatandaşlar, yağışlı havalarda cadde ve kaldırımlarda gerekli tedbirlerin alınmasını istedi.
Gözden kaçırmayın
Sonbaharın etkisini göstermeye başladığı Patnos’ta yağışlı hava, ilçede günlük yaşamın yanı sıra kentteki görüntülere de yansıdı. Yağmur altında yürüyen vatandaşlar ve trafikte ilerleyen araçlar cep telefonu kameralarıyla görüntülendi.
