Gözden kaçırmayın
Ağrı’da afet ve acil durumlara karşı müdahale kapasitesinin artırılması amacıyla hayata geçirilen Afet Eğitim Parkuru, düzenlenen resmi törenle hizmete sunuldu. Açılışın ardından gerçekleştirilen tatbikatta arama kurtarma ekipleri, muhtemel afet senaryolarına yönelik kabiliyetlerini uygulamalı olarak sergiledi.
Ana omurgasını “Kentsel Arama Modülü”nün oluşturduğu eğitim parkurunda; kamu kurumları, destek personeli ve sivil toplum kuruluşları personeline farklı afet başlıklarında periyodik eğitimler verilecek. Bu merkezle birlikte kentin arama kurtarma operasyonlarındaki koordinasyon ve uzmanlık seviyesinin yükseltilmesi amaçlanıyor.
“Afetlere hazırlık bir tercih meselesi değildir”
Açılış töreninde konuşan Ağrı Valisi Önder Bozkurt, parkurun özellikle kentsel arama kurtarma alanında önemli bir eğitim üssü haline geleceğini belirtti. Kentsel Arama Modülü çerçevesinde gerçekçi enkaz senaryoları üzerinde çalışılacağını kaydeden Vali Bozkurt, arama kurtarma görevlileri ile destek ekiplerine; enkaza kontrollü giriş, saha koordinasyonu ve teknik kurtarma metotları konularında uygulamalı eğitimler sağlanacağını söyledi.
Açılış programı, ekiplerin enkaz senaryosu üzerinden başarıyla icra ettiği tatbikatın ardından sona erdi.
